Farmhouse Ale 12 months BA is a blend of a wheat saison that was matured for 12 months in Pinot Noir barrels and then placed on blackberries and cassis. The berries bring wonderfully fruity aromas of stone fruits to the beer, which harmonize wonderfully with the fine acidity of the yeast saison and the subtle tannins from the wooden barrel maturation.
