Gose-style sour ale aged for 6 months in Sauvignon barrels. The salinity mixes perfectly with the tannins from the oak leading to a super sessionable ale
• Blueberry Tonka Sour - 7,5% - 75cl - NEW
A decadent & intensely fruity sour ale featuring blackberry and blueberry, aged 18 months in barrels. It is balanced by the complex, vanilla-almond spice from the Tonka bean and the oak aging.
• Margarita Imperial Sour - 7.5% - 75cl - NEW
A tequila-kissed sour ale with lime and salty notes. Aged 9 months in tequila barrels, this beer is reminding the bold & tangy character of a sexy Margarita.
